On Monday, the 6th of May, it is finally time to, for the first time in the history of Forskaren, open our doors and invite guests to this new landmark.
As we at Vectura invite guests from the industry, politics, press, and other key figures, we hope that everyone working in the building will take part in making this day one to remember.
You are invited to a complimentary lunch served directly to your office between 11:00 - 12:00. This due to limited capacity on floors 0-1. Invited guests enter at 11:45 and will be hosted on these floors, and we would appreciate if you avoid the atrium during this time. Lunch will be catered by Urban Deli. Sign up for lunch by registering on this page.
The ceremony takes place in the atrium, on the ground floor. This is the center for our opening act, the speeches and the ribbon cutting ceremony.
You as tenants are welcome to watch the ceremony from your respective floor in the atrium.
After the ceremony, all invited guests are welcome to explore the building further and meet you as tenants.
During these two hours, we will reset the building in preparation for the After Work event. This won't directly affect you; however, staff will be moving around the building to ensure all spaces are ready for guests by 17:00
Join us for an After Work starting at 17:00, located at the Urban Deli restaurant and in the atrium on floor 0 and 2, with the possibility of rooftop access if weather permits. Remember to sign up to receive your complimentary drink tickets.
